A Picture a day in May! Give it a go!

Yes the Drawing Challenge for the month of May!
I did try to post this yesterday via my phone, but my phone was not playing nice so I've started the challenge late! Oh Dear, blogging on phone's is a no-no.

But to make up for it I will post two pic's for today!
I hope some of you will join in and try to draw at least one picture a day!
I think it should be great fun, and a pencil sharpening challenge. I have seen others do it, but have never challenged myself, however due to feeling that I'm just not putting in enough effort anymore and letting life take charge while my pencil takes a back seat, I thought, Enough!

So let's GO!!

I thought maybe a little Alice like...?
Taken with Instagram, a little in action drawing, making up for being a day late!
I love my blue pencil.

Well Good Luck and Happy Challenge!

Finders Keepers Market

Well last Saturday while checking my emails, I suddenly saw Finders Keepers was in its last day! So I scooted down to the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton to check it out!
The crowds were immense but a friendly bunch, with cheery music from the band sewing together the delightful sights and sounds as well as delectable cupcakes and coffee.
As you would expect many many talented people with awesome arts and crafts and of course with my wee funds I couldn't help splurge just a little....but well worth it!

Here are my goodies, you may notice a deer theme perhaps?

Cocoa Jackson - Studios and Street art

I just handed in 3 illustrations for the Cocoa Jackson 4 day event, here's a little look

"Before the Battle"

"This Means War"

"Battle Won"

I wanted to have images that were slightly different with a bit of an edge, and I came across a photo of a really angry little girl, By accident they developed face paint and it became a fight theme. Let me know what you think.

Inked

While sitting in a cafe yesterday trying to come up with ideas for an exhibition coming up, I whipped up these images. I don't think I'll use them, but it was nice to get back to free flowing doodling.

See ya soon x
